About the Author – Robert (Jaz) Jastremski rose to senior VP in two professional services companies before starting his own innovations company.  His 45 year career includes very diverse experiences and exciting achievements in executive management, technology innovation, systems engineering, design, manufacturing, teamwork, training, customer service, acquisitions, organization troubleshooting and streamlining, management consulting, facilitation, coaching, and performance improvement.  He was a marketing pioneer of computer-based training and has mentored scores of people in a wide variety of jobs in government, academia, for-profit and non-profit organizations.  He has worked with international clients including the United Nations and premium brand hotels.  Endorsements herein speak to his master level mentoring ability.
